1995 mustang replaced the head gaskets now it wont start

I just recently replaced the head gaskets on my car and i put it
all back together and now it wont start at all the volts on the battery and starter are the same so i dont know what else to do pleasee helppp

Go back over and make sure everything is plugged back in. Does it turn over if not Try and jump it using the starter solenoid and a screw driver trick..

It doesnt turn over all it does is click but the battery has 13 volts

+1 on the ground wires .theres one on the back and 2 on the front on fox 5.0 so i guess its the same as yours.The click is the starter solenoid..
