It was really awesome time! and also raced gokarts for 10+ years. I have retired for now due to school and work. Hopefully one day I'll build another car, or get back into karts!

I never drove one, but I learned how to in my Mom's 99 V6 Firebird when I was like 10. She used to let me mess around with it when the car was off.

Dont we all? I had my 2003 gt stang with a s2 clutch and 4.10 gears and short throw with a srt8 challenger behind me. I decided to dump the clutch rather than possibility kill the car.

AMC gremlin with a V8,I think 304ci but not exactly sure of the year.
All I know man did that 4 speed stick burn out good.
The first car that was a manual I owned was a 1980 GMC Monza
2.3 four banger,four speed.If I only kept it.They are getting very
rare to find now.

I learned on a 4 banger '89 GMC Sonoma. That thing was actually pretty fun to drive around.

First vehicle I ever drove was my grandpas 1960 Dodge D600 grain truck. It had a tuned up 413 V8 and a 5 speed. I was 7 or 8 at the time and just starting to get into cars/trucks. The clutch was so stiff that I had to stand on the pedal to get it to move.

He always told me "if you can drive this, you can drive anything." I spent most of that summer over there driving it around one of the fields. I miss that truck.

It looked like this -

I was 21 years old and bought an almost-new 1983 Mustang GT with a 5-speed. The salesman at the Ford dealership taught me how to drive a manual as part of the test drive.

Learned in my dad's '02 GT. Of course it wasn't stock so it had plenty of extra power that I had no idea how to handle. Lol the very first time I drove it I kept trying to start off in third gear. Haha so i got really good at starting off in 3rd totally on accident. After we realized the mistake, starting off in 1st was a piece of cake!!

1975 Honda Civic hatchback, in the dead of winter on snowy roads with a frigid northern Indiana crosswind blowing. First front-wheel drive too. I was 18.
