newbe to evolution and asking for opinion's

Im a newbe here, was introduced to your site and thought I'd try it out. I have owned several stangs, miss them all! I bought a 68 F100 ranger last year, great project truck, originally a 390, 3 on thee tree. Decided i wanted to go to a 302 5 speed, sold my 390 and 3 speed a couple weeks ago, lucked up on a 91 302 from a tbird, new e303 cam, 1.6 roller rockers, gt40 heads, torker II ibtake, holley 650, Mallory unilite distributor, Mallory fuel pressure regulator, aluminum pulleys, stock bore, stock pistons. Wondering if anyone has a similar set up....does it run good, sound good? Secondly I found a guy that has a 5 speed tranny from an 01 gt, is this all going to work well? I have tbe factory 9 inch rear with 3:25 gear. Any tips, opi.ions ect
