Safe car

A friend of mine got in to an accident. This is what happens when you hit another car going 75mph. He survived with just a few scratches.

Damm, is that blood on the door? Glad he's okay! Hows the other driver?

Jeez, how do you hit a stopped car at 75? Was he impaired?

No just not paying attention and the driver was stopped on the highway to turn.

After walking away from a wreck like that, I'd think I was invincible too.

Yeah, some close calls. One of my childhood friends wasn't so lucky. He rolled over his ATV and hit the back of his head on a storm drain. No helmet and he had been drinking. He's custody of the state now. He has no recollection of anything, complete memory wipe, he can barely speak. It's crazy how one little error or misjudgment can ruin or end your life or others.

Sorry to hear that man. My best friend in high school had a 95 camaro z28 he took head on into a tree at what was estimated 115-120mph. Passenger was ejected from the car and he has 100% physically recovered but my friend was killed on impact.

Same thing happened to my 97 mustang. Made 2 payments and bam. Lady was stopped on the on ramp. Hit her going 70 and walked away without a scratch and a rung bell. Totaled 3 cars though.

That's unfortunate, but it could have been a lot worse...
