Looking for a project car (1st car)?

So I'm looking for a 1st, but just because it's my first car don't mean I want it to drive.
My dad will share the sedan he's got, but I want a car to work on.
Which would be the simplest project car for me to LEARN on.

[1990 Chevy IROC Camaro]
-found one near me
-one small rust spot
-small oil leak
[1976 ford mustang]
-found one near me
-paint has been worn off
[1990 Porsche 944]
-my neighbor has 2, but I don't know if he'll sell me one
-small engine
[1992 Dodge Stealth]
-don't like the look too much
-not RWD
[1996 Chevy Camaro]
-not a fan of the look
-it's a camaro
[1992 Eagle Talon]
-unique look
-small engine

I wanna learn how to swap/replace mostly EVERYTHING, and I would be learning on it, and replacing things, and making it more personalized (except that mustang), I won't be driving it to often.

I want to work on it, I want to change things, It's a dream to do this, and if I can get a jump start, I wanna take it.

The newer computer controlled ones are a lot more in depth to troubleshoot and repair. Most need special equipment that the general garage mechanic (like me) don't have. Plus parts are normally very expensive! The older non-computer stuff, like the mustang, are more straightforward as far as suck-squeeze-bang-blow. Needs fuel, air, and spark. Easy to troubleshoot, tons of aftermarket and cheap parts, and something you can make very very cool over time. I think you'd be really happy with what you can do over time with the mustang... Much more than any of the other cars you listed.
