Boosting a 2007 Civic EX?

I need some info on boosting my 5-speed civic. How many pounds of boost can I put out without changing major engine components? Is the turbo kit easier to install on this than a 2007 stage 2 Roush Mustang? What kits should I be looking at? Should I consider chipping it while I'm doing all of this?

I have rebuilt a '79 Vette L-82 and a '69 GTO. I have also modified a 2007 stage 2 Roush to run a 10 second quarter mile.
It is about time to cook up some rice and freak the wife out!

The high compression ratio will cause you problems. If the anti-knock sensor will ****** the timing sufficiently while boosting, you may get by with 12 lbs. Another method is to install water injection. This will flash to steam under boost, control detonation, and give an additional 15% on HP. The problem is it must be reliable. The first time it fails to inject under boost, you could melt a piston. Better yet, trade the Honda for an older Supra turbo and dial the boost up to 18 lbs. O-ring the head gasket, install a racing clutch and hang on. That was the fastest car I ever owned.
