Where do i check or how i can tell if a car was flooded and fix and been sale like noting happened?

the car is a 2002 Ford Mustang gt V8 5 speed

you can take it to a shop where they can do an inspection and provide you with checklist to see what's is good/bad/needs fixing on a car. Another thing you can do is ask where the car has been purchased from and ask for the records

Get a Carfax report, it will not cost but a few dollars, if there has ever been a claim on the car it will show up, plus any recalls. Go to WWW.CARFAX.COM and read about it, it has everything you need.

flood damage , look for signs of discoloration in the upholstery and door panels, pull up a peice of the carpet and check for mold or moisture trapped underneath. if there has been damage you will probably need to remove the carpet and damaged upholstery , repair any water damage like rust or corrosion, and reupholster and carpet. not to difficult, but for you car, can be costly if you want to be true to the original specs.
