These are your best bets of your list if you do not want to be mistaken for a chic.

Not a girlie car in there with the exception of, possibly, the Golf. I'd go for a Toyota or Honda as there are tons of aftermarket products available for them.

How about a 2000 or so Prelude Si? I loved mine (non Si version). Yeah some people thought it was a chick car but those people are dumb. I didn't care what they said.....it was a good looking "quick" car. The car off your list I would go with would be the WRX.

It's not on the list but I'd get an 04 VW Beetle if you really want to look "hard".
Nothing says "cool" more than rolling around with a rose in a vase on the dashboard...

Just buy a big v8 pony car/muscle car and throw on an off road pipe and some straight thru mufflers...trust me no one will think you have a girly car.

They might however, question the size of your dong

99 civic si coupe. I had one and loved it. Many mods on mine and there are tons out there. Never got called a girl in it that I know of. Just don't go the fast and furious route with a body kit and huge wing on any of them and you will be OK. Rather be a girly car guy rather than a db. Lol

I don't know if it's the same where you love, but any late 90's early 2000's honda/Acura around Houston is just asking to get stolen. Especially if it's an Si or GSR. I drove Hondas for years and got sick of the constant worrying where I parked, where I went, who's following me home, etc. I wouldn't daily drive one again.

To get a decent wrx ur gunna hav to pay up, those are the most beaten on cars. Plus they hav terrible head gasket issues. But they are my dream car, so be willing to pay like 8k-10k for an 04.

This is just sooooo easy

Find a 90's V8 Mustang They are affordable, they look good, There are plenty of high performance parts at affordable prices, and best of all:::
They are a true Man's Or Woman's car.
All of your friends won't be able to razz you at all. ( Unless they are really stupid)

I agree with the 90s GT. Then dump the exhaust after the mid pipe and NO ONE will ever question the gender of the person driving it.

Bro basically stay away from any of that hybrid crap, or any car that plugs into a wall to refuel, any car with a reversible camera or a mechanism that parks itself. Any car with some weird music with dancing hamsters in their commercials. Get a GT and be done with it... Lol
