Sry to say but no stock cobra runs mid 12. They need a tune for that. They tend to be high 12-low 13 stock. But i say its all based on the driver.

I went outside for her to show me it. My jaw dropped I said do you realise what car you have. She said not really she said its kinda fast and she had a for sale sign in it for $9k car had 21k original miles on it. I told her to take that for sale sign out and I showed her ebay listings. Her same car was selling then for $32k she couldnt believe it. I said do you realise now what you have. She could barely even drive it. Lucky her, she sold it 2 years ago for $40k paid off her house.

There are always freaks.

I'm sure the 13.1 posted earlier is not the normal time for a stock supra either.

My '11 WRX and my father-in-law's '95 N/A Supra which will soon be mine. He is the original owner, bought it back in late '94. I have big plans for it when he eventually gives it to me. It is a slug right now but my goal is about 700 rwhp that is streetable. I may need to sell my stang to finance the project. It sure is a sexy car. Timeless sex appeal.

Stock for stock, the Termiator wins hands down. And personally I like the looks and that V8 sound of the Terminator more. Though I do have a ton of respect for a tuned up Supra. Personally I've seen a few take down cars that were easily two to three times the price.

Couldn't tell without seeing the back. Its hard to tell what model you have. Some jdm versions never made their way to the US

Lol its ok and those damn things are fast if theyer. Tuned right.... And yes you can... Front lights are different on the earlyer versions... They popped up i think these are there all the time lol the earlyer versions like a 90 or a 92 had the lights that came up like a 90's transam(i think dont quote me on that) mk4 supras (the one in the picture) has stationary lights and a different front end as well as rear... They changed the style back in 93..... Wish they still made those things...

I was just watching some you tube video's of Supra Turbos vs mustangs. I'm in no way a fan of the foreign performance vehicles but damn those Supra's are quick. It seems that they fall behind in the beginning but few seconds later as you hear the turbo or turbos winding up, they rocket ahead. Once those turbos kick in on them, its lights out good night. OMG, there sick. I mean some of the videos had them taking on some high performance Cobra stangs and the Supra would pull head.

Some from off the line fell behind early but once that Turbo kicked in.

Yeah I would like to swap to a 2jzgte and a 6MT. The blocks and rotating assemblies are pretty much bullet proof and so is the 6MT. Then throw a big single turbo on it idk maybe a 78mm. The motor would get built of course.

No I never really took any videos of it. I haven't done anything with it that was "videoable." We did just put a new exhaust on it which sounds great though.

That's cus superchargers boost immediately versus A bit of lag off the line. But its done once the turbo spools. Am in no way raggin on cobras cus i love them but i know what supras can do..

Toyota Supra - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Ford Mustang SVT Cobra - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

According to wikipedia, the stock Supra will run a 13.1, the cobra will run high 12s. I would say it is a driver's race, but giving the edge to the cobra.

yeah we keep saying this and it doesn't seem to help lol. if you put the same un-biased driver in both cars i'd say the cobra will win out stock for stock (lets remove the drivers race variable lol)
