Driving in snow

So my girl friend wants me to take her up to the snow this weekend and my car has no traction control /: would it be safe just to drive up? And just to a small park nothing too big.

Lol^

Just drive cautious. No sudden braking or accelerating. And be careful when you go over bridges, there may be ice.

Depends on what tire you are on. If it's a summer radial you are screwed. An all season will make it but I would be very careful. I was on an inch of snow in my summer rubber and i couldn't go faster than 20kph. You really want winter tires to travel in snow.
