Does Ford need a 2nd muscle car?

Hey everyone, so I look at the competition and both Chevy and dodge multiple muscle cars now and both have a concept on the way (nova and cuda). But what about Ford? I love the mustang but it's all we have and besides some minor tweaks they have looked about the same since 05. Should Ford release a new muscle car, if so what should be brought back?

I'm glad to see the focus ST and Taurus sho now...but I'm talking a good 2 door v8 nuclei car. I personally would like to see a modern maverick or galaxie, even a Torino

True, I think they should wait and see whether or not the focus st takes off. I just hate to see so many people I know ditching their stangs for the other brands because they have more variety

If they didn't make another muscle car what about a new body style? Perhaps a modern fox body

Id like a more new edge style. The modern looks are kinda bland and bulky imo.

I don't think Ford needs a new Muscle car, but they need to build an actual Sports Car. Like how Chevy has the Camaro and Corvette, we need 2 also.

Well they had the Marauder (Mercury) for a while but thats about as close to having two muscle cars as they've been for a while now. I like the Torino idea. Maybe even a Falcon. I'd actually like to see a platform where they could make a Ranchero and still have it be a decent car. And a.sports car. Lol. But in all fairness, they do have the GT500.

Ya I agree and the shelby gt is probably the best car sports car 50 grand will buy you, but besides the badge and racing stripes it looks just like a regular mustang
