Camaro vs Mustang

Am I the only one that likes the new camaros and the New Edge mustangs? I hate the older camaros and don't particularly like the 2005-2013 mustangs either. When I get enough money, I either want a Terminator Mustang or a 2010-2013 camaro ss

I love all fast cars.

If they can talk the talk and walk the walk i like em.
I hate ricers with big mouths with a passion.

Honestly i almost bought a hurst editon 2010 camaro a few months back. It was pretty sweet. But i had a price and stuck to it and had to walk away from the deal it was only by margin of 3k but gotta stick to a price if you want a good deal.

I like the camaro, but my luck and chevys don't mix. I can buy a $500 Ford and drive it to California and back, a new Chevy wouldn't make it out of state with my luck.

I think it's pretty bad.
Love the newer ones tho!
And when you say older I'm thinking of the 2000ish model year

The clean z28's and ss's look pretty good. But a lot look very sh**** because they aren't taken care of.
Ls1's are pretty awesome too.
Like i said i love all fast cars.

Not a big fan of the new ones they look and are really cheap, very difficult to see out of a ton of blind spots and not much visibility of the front of car. They are also heavy and slow stock my 2000 GT should get waxed by one but have beat 2 now by more than a couple car lengths

By 3 first time and 2 the second from a roll. I hope they both just sucked at driving but with that much more hp it should compensate for
Some driver error

I drove 3 hours to test drive a marro and couldn't talk the guy down one more thousand. I told him before driving there what I could spend. He said that he could make it work. Drove there. Test drove. Liked it a lot. And then he couldn't make it happen. Lost a sale bc of 1000. Which he said he could make it work. I walked. 2 weeks later got my STANG. And am actually glad I didn't get the marrow.

Are. You sure it wasn't a sixxer, because I know the 2 valves can walk a new six cyl Camaro.
Back to the original topic, the new Camaro is my least favorite of the 3 modern muscle cars, but I would buy that before a lot of other things. Before I had my Mustang I had a 1999 Camaro V6,and that was an excellent car, but I wanted something with a V8. I was looking at LT1 Camaros and Trans Ams, but they were all either more than I wanted to spend or wouldn't call me back. This was actually the only good Mustang in my price range in the area, and I ended up getting it.

+1 great looking car.

I love the 98-02 Camaros. Well let me rephrase that... I love the LS1 motor haha. They made great drag cars as well, after replacing the crappy 10-bolt rear end. Ive had 2 of them. My 99 z28 ran low 11s all day. Relatively mild heads/cam/intake setup and a 100 shot, with a 12-bolt rear and 4.10s.

Not a fan of the new ones at all tho. Like others said they are heavy as hell, have horrible vision, and the interior to me feels so cramped. Im not a big guy either. My fianc├ęs brother has a 2010 SS, and i walk on him all day long. Alot of that is do to the weight, hes also not the best driver haha. My favorite thing about the 5.0 over the new SS tho, is the sound of the exhaust. I think hands down the 5.0 has the best sounding motor out there between Ford, Chevy, Dodge right now

I walked a brand new Camaro with the V8 and I know it was a V8 and all I have done is 3.73 gears, tune, CAI and TB/Plenum. So I know he's not exaggerating. As hard as it is to believe I've done it myself

That's weird because my friend has a 12' V6 RS and he walks all over the New Edge V8's. I'm a Mustang guy but I can hardly believe that from both. He's also beat 05-09 GT's but I'll say one of the guys must have messed up his shifting so not too sure bout those. I mean yeah they are heavy as heck I've ridden alot with him but the 320HP is alot of advantage over the stock 260HP Mustang. My brother's stock 07 V6 lost to a 03 GT with CAI by about a car length or so and the Camaro creamed my brother's so it's almost impossible for me to believe you guy's walk the new Camaro's let alone the SS's.
