Dumb question.

My 99 cobra has these two bars on the underneath one on drivers side and one on passengers. The drivers side on is kinda long and says bbk so I know it's aftermarket. Any ideas what it is? I think it's something for suspension

Sounds like sub-frame connectors. not positive without a picture..

reduces body torque which in turn helps transfer power to the ground by stiffening the chassis

Ok my car was modded before I had it and I'm still figuring out mods on it lmao. As far as I know it had 4.3 gears, exhaust, bbk sub frame connectors. And when I took it to the oil shop for first time some guy said was this stock? Forgot what he was talking about but I'm sure ill find more mods done to it.

You got a beautiful engine. I would not sell and just mod the hell out of it. You planning you take it to the tracks?

I bought y car in another town and I went back to my hometown and one day at shoneys about a year later some guy said he used to own it and took it to the track. I'm kinda nervous about going to the track anyway lol
