R12 to R134 kit?

Hey everyone, this post is in regards to my 87 F150. Its refridgerant is gone and it takes the old R12, ive seen some cans on ebay but its expensive and ive been told by some people you need a special license to buy it. I need to find an R134a conversion kit but I can't seem to find anything. If you know where I can buy one or can post a link for one online I'd appreciate it, thanks.

It's my first choice for almost everything. You're welcome.
