got effing screwed...again

Okay guys so me and my dad gave the sanoma to a machanic for him to fix, there wasnt that big of a problem with it, it was just that if u tried to crank it up after u turned it off it wouldn't crank back up, so we told the machanic to take his time because we hve other vehicle's to drive, well 3 months later he tells us its ready (alot of stupid **** between just trying to make this short )we go up there and he wants 400 dollars for it, we drive off and the truck won't go over 15 miles an hour, then we give it back to him and come back a week later, same issue, after that he doesn't even touch the truck anymore and we just went up there and took it from him, so we paid him 400 dollars to **** up our truck, now it wont go over 15 miles an hour, anybody got an idea of why it's doing that??

You don't need a lawyer for this. Take him to small claims court. He probably won't even show up. Collecting though, thats another matter.
I don't have a clue what may be wrong with your truck. It may have something to do with it being a Government Motors product...
