My parents wouldn't even let me have a sport car at 16. I understand why though, they didn't want me to kill myself lol

First was the F150 for learning, briefly the vibe, now the GT.

My first car was a 2001 tan Buick Lacoste with a 3.8 back when I was 17. That was my first love
Hmmm, my 1st car was a 1971 Ford Pinto, it was brown w/black interior and a 4cyl, 4 speed. It needed painting so I had a friends dad who owned a body shop paint and I then put Chrome Cragar Mags on it and man it looked sweet. I know people dont like Pinto's but it was my 1st Ford and I will always have a soft spot for Pinto's had alot of good times in it and it always did me well. My 2nd car was a 1977 Ford Mustang Cobra II, Ford had me at the Pinto

My first car ( still have her ) is a1984 Mercury Cougar XR-7 gunmetal grey color, has a 2.3L turbo, C3 3-spd auto floor shift, and an 8.8 psi. rear end. forget the ratio though. I her plan on swapin the 2.3L to a notchback or equal or lighter weight car. Then restoring the Cougar and puttin a 302 in her for cruisin the coast car.

Gave her to a sketchy body shop. Everyone that worked there got deported after we gave them a good 5 grand. Brought it back home and didn't really touch it. No garage so the Home Owners' Association strted complaining. I had to get rid if her before they fined me

If your kids know what they are doing there is no problem putting them on a bike at 16. My parents talked me into getting my motorcycle license at 15 but they knew I knew what I was doing I'm 22 now and have not laid one down.Idk about your state but in texas you can only ride a 250cc till your 18 so it's still fun but not to fast

I agree, they don't know what they are doing,I'd rode motorcycles since I was probably 12 , my concerns would be other drivers too, at least that's the reason I haven't ridden a bike since I had kids, just preference decision for me, not saying anything wrong with young or older riding bikes I loved riding, just not worth the risk for me, maybe when I'm older ill saddle up again, LoL
