First thing I would suggest is to read this thread.
Won't start! Before you read the thread, verify the following info: The battery is good, and charged up. The engine spins over fine, just will not start. Is this correct?

Listen for the fuel pump to run when the ignition is turned to the run position. Don't try to start it. You can cycle the key after a few seconds of being off and it should run for a few seconds then stop. If you have a friend near you, and are uncertain if youre hearing it or not, remove the gas cap, stick a funnel into the gas throat, and someone puts their ear to the funnel while the other person cycles the key. You need to verify that the pump is coming on. It would be a sort of buzz/ whine sound, only for a few seconds. How many miles are on this car?

Theres many of the responses on there that need to be read. But we can go through this without that thread. Awaiting to see if the fuel pump is definitely running or not.

Check the dash and see if the theft light is blinking. If it is, move the tilt wheel either all the way up or all the way down and try again. Known issue with a wiring harness in the column...

Could possibly be that the keys chip is going bad or the ignition part in the steering wheel that recognizes the key, it happened to me and I had to get a new key and new ignition. But after ot worked perfectly fine. Plus check all your connections under the hood make sure none came loose or unplugged.
