I've always been a fan of Airaid, JLT, or C&L. They all make great top notch products and produce more power than competitors. It's hard to say whom makes the loudest "whistle" sound as they're all pretty similar. If I had to guess, I'd say probably the JLT, but it's minimum.

Let me know if I can answer any other questions for you!

Actually the Steeda CAI makes more power than any other intake and it's the only one for the 3.7 that requires a tune. CAI that requires a tune usually makes more power.

Steeda makes a great intake too. I wouldn't say they make more power than any other intake because they require a tune. The reason they require a tune is because the intake uses too large of a MAF housing for the stock MAF calibration. The MAF needs to be rescaled for the larger MAF housing diameter. Just because a MAF housing is larger, doesn't necessarily mean a CAI will make more power. There's other factors that come into play like velocity, which is more important than having a wide "tube."

Regardless, Steeda does make a nice intake as well. It's certainly an option!
