I cleaned it up with in 10 minutes of the accident. Resolve carpet cleaner made it look new. Surprisingly the smell was not bad just smelled like Mac n' Cheese.

I love her more than anything. Pissed from it no way. Just gives me an excuse to get the seat wrapped in leather.

Sorry but LMAO. So will your daughter be dining in the trunk from now on?

Glad it cleaned up so easily.

Thanks, I try to be. Don't get me wrong I discipline when deserved and this was just an accident so she got a free pass on this one. She missed school on Monday because of the stomach bug she had. I felt bad she started crying after it happened because she thought I was mad. She knows how much I like my car. When we got home I gave her a big hug and told her it was OK. It was an accident, no big deal.

Hopefully it didn't seep into the seats.

A few years back, I had a car with perforated leather seats in the rear.

One day, I ordered lunch for my employees from a Mexican restaurant (Los Cucos - Houston).

I put the 2 boxes of various food tins in the back seat (enchiladas, fajitas, beans, salsas, etc).

Apparently one of the tin's lids came off while I drive back to the office... And the subsequent grease/cheese/oil mixture saturated through the boxes and pooled on the leather... For 20 minutes.

Sadly, even while cleaning it up, I basically pushed the stuff further into the perforations. It was entrenched in the foam at that point.

In any hot day, my car smelled like a restaurant.

Hopefully, on a hot day, your car won't smell like puke!!!

The good thing when she puked it smelled like Mac&cheese and not a hint of the nasty stomach acid. If it did seep into the foam the good side the rear cloths seat can be found on eBay. At a decent price.
