HP it not always the best way to go fast for cheap. Getting off the line is more important. Buy the 3:73 gears and tune combo, CAI one that requires a tune. Buy 1" or 1.5" lowering springs upper control arm and lower arms. You will see a major drop in 0-60 and 1/4 mile. Should put you in the low 13's (13-13.3 quarter) All this will cost about $1000 give or take a couple. If you go with the SR brand.

Seriously? A 1970 Chevelle SS396 came with 350Hp and weighed almost 2 tons and you think you don't have enough HP. Get a second job and buy a new Corvette.

From what I read intake, gears and time are your best bang for buck performance mods. Exhaust helps sound but from what I read it does little for power since the stock exhaust is actually decent. Aside from that for major power your probable going to need forced induction which isn't cheap. But honestly if your looking for that kind of power your probable better off upgrading to a gt since the cost will probable be around the same to get the same results.

22 inch rims, bench spoiler, and racing decals, these will help you gain over 100 hp and 250 torque. Lol but really tune
