Best four door sedan ctsv Cadillac but not a big fan of ls motors friend had one and broke on his first run down the track fully built

My LS engine has been putting down nearly 600 whp on nitrous since 2006. If your friends engine died being fully built, it was either a bad tune or shoddy work that killed it. LS engines are known for being extremely hard to kill.

LS motors are practically bullet proof. My stock coyote motor went boom at 611hp

Idk what was wrong with his then he had an lsx and no nitrous had a small turbo running 15 lbs of boost kaboom. Not five seconds down that track

I would never in a million years want to own a European car these days. They are over complicated and unreliable and expensive to fix when they do break down. And they break down a LOT!!!


I would look at the impressive new cadillacs, a charger, a Subaru wrx, or a lexus "is" series car.

That is a pretty rare case. Any engine can go break down if you do something wrong, which he definitely did. Unless he was pushing over 1200 horsepower, the engine did not fail because it is a weak engine. It failed because it was built wrong. If there is an automobile engine that can take more abuse than an LS based engine, please tell me because Ill buy it tomorrow haha.
