Trade in value

So I love my car and all and thought I was going to have to sale it when I lost my job but luckily I got a better job today. I haven't been pleased the power of the v6 or the auto part but love it and it's just not a smart investment to swap it over so I'm looking to trade to a 11+ 5.0 6spd....

In people's honest opinions how hard will I get screwed on my car trading in or should I stick with trying to sell it.
Custom paint, interior, engine, trunk, wheels, air ride suspension. Few more things.

I still owe 14k on it and it books for like 14.5k. Should I pull the air ride and wheels off or leave them will the dealer think it's badass and sell quicker or give me the personalized to my liking speech.

Pull the air ride off. They usually don't add any value for things like that, they will want to sell it stock if It's a big dealer. A small private dealer may sell it as is but wouldn't give you any more money in the end. I say sell it yourself or trade it. Good luck!
