2015 Mustang

Up to this point ive been driving german cars but the new mustang and upgraded first class interior caught my attention.

I want to invest in a model that will hold the value as a long term investment.

Any ideas as to which new body style model i should purchase? GT premium, GT 500; SVT 350?

Also as far as high end exhausts, any ideas?

Ive heard of "Borla" anything better then that? Im going after quality sound and not just loud rattling noise.

Wheels. I like deep concave styles. It gives the rear a more wide look.

Any ideas? Swiss HRE's?

Thank you for your help!

Investment and cars don't compute

But SVT GT350 is... bahhh what am I kidding it'll lose value just as fast as anything

But go with the special models

I would think the gt because it might be easier to sell at a later date but with the gt500 you have room for specialized buyers and pricing options. Don't think of investment as a money holder when it comes to cars unless you plan to keep the gt500 in a vacuum and sell it in 50 years when we are flying in our mustangs

2015 Mustang

GT350 then. It would have a better and more durable build to last

Well this is assuming you keep her low mileage which then wouldn't really matter about forged pistons and rods

Borla is the most expensive and most liked I guess.

I have Flowmaster Hushpower catback. Here's a clip

very nice set up!

i will have to go to an actual dealer that sells them to hear it in person vs ordering them on line.

so wheels?
Also id like to lower it a bit.
What suspension should i go with?

Buy a classic that has already depreciated.

Yes. This is actually a better option. Although some ppl rather have late model technology and creature comfort.

Wheels... I like Shelby wheels. Very nice and reasonably priced.

2015 Mustang

As for suspension if you're looking for a very decent kit go with the Eibach Pro Kit for a modest drop. The Sportline is a lower drop that requires a bit more suspension work.

Either way you'll need an adjustable Panhard bar to bring the rear back center alignment.

If you go with a 2" drop you'll likely want an LCA and LCA relocation bracket.

Also consider a caster camber plate and strut mounts although I ran the stock mount and no camber plates for over two years and two sets if tires and have had even tire wear on both sets.

Depends on what you want to do with your car. Track? AutoX or drag? Weekend cruiser or spirited romp thru the back country curves?

very nice wheels
my goal is to create a retro look on a modern 2015 body.
i love the Ring Brothers creations so something in those lines.
I enjoy the old models but not interested in spending 100K in rebuilding it the right way since im not a mechanic

You don't need $100k for rebuild lol

There's a couple of levels if rebuild. If you want 100% OEM show quality concours then it'll cost a bit more than just a daily driver.

With a drivers car it doesn't have to be 100% OEM spec and can be bout for as little as $20-30k for a notchback or slightly more for a restored and drivable fastback/convertible.

True thus I said not everyone is in the market for a restored project car. But that being said... These are nice if you can find it in good repair. 😍😍😍

Oh I have a catless offroad Hpipe so if you goto an exhaust dealer they will probably show you catted versions which will have a more toned down exhaust note
