My parents 03 with about 45k miles on it runs fine. The interior is cheap but has been holding up well. Only issue it had was it needed a new starter when we got it.

Good luck breaking one of those LS engines though

Best way to break an LSx is the money shift. LS1/T56 cars are very susceptible to this.

Probably my 2013 GT. I have riden shotgun in a Mucialago and a Renntech SL65. GOD I wish I got to drive them. They were a bosses. The Renntech was ridiculous!!

The fastest car that I have driven personally was a 2005 Mustang GT with a built 4.6 and a Ford racing supercharger but the fastest car I've ever been in was either my dad's 1967 fairlane with a 390 and two 780 holley carbs or my buddys 1994 mustang with a 427 ford crate engine that was dynode at 550 hp and 600 lb/ft. Love fast cars

I know exactly what you mean. Dads Porsche has a 160mph top speed due to short 4 and 5 gear. But that f***er gets there in a hurry. We've tested every ounce of that car. It does 95 in second gear at 7,500rpms; and when you shift to third gear and floor it. You reach 140 in about 2.5 secs. If we change the gears, even to stock gear ratios, car is easily a 200mph+ car. Wish my mustang could keep up with it; then again it's basically a stock Roush with a CAI and tune.

Excuse my naivety. I was born at a very early age.

I never had a problem with mine except for a window regulator that went out but was very easy to replace, other than that the car ran great and never gave me any problems in the 6yrs that I had it. I wasn't easy on the car at all but I always maintained it. It went threw a couple of stages power wise, first cam only with bolt ons, then nitrous, then removed nitrous and added a blower with meth. I would always take it to the track, wether it was 1/4 or road racing, and then drive it home with no problems. The only thing you have to really do for maintenance is change the fluids regularly like any other car.

I don't know about this. I let my friend drive my car on nitrous once and missed shift while the nitrous was activated. Car reved out past 7k rpm redline, but was fine. Luckily nothing happened.

That's why you have a window switch.( I'm guessing you do ) if not You did get lucky your manifold didn't go up in pieces. Or damage the throttle body.

I did have a window switch. Nitrous would come on at 3k and turn off at 6800rpms if i remember correctly. I don't know exactly what he did, but i just remember hearing the motor rev really fast and seeing the tach go past 7k for a split second when he screwed up.

I just thought of something. Why would it damage the throttle body or the intake manifold? I can see it damaging those things if there was a nitrous backfire, but there wasn't.

2013 Miller R.E.D. Qtr. mile time of 7.23 seconds @ 185 mph. Theres nothing like it, all else pales in comparison.

1979 280zx I got a reckless driving ticket in 1996 for doing 155 in a 65 on I90 and now I keep my speed in controlled settings. I also had a Mercedes 2003 Ml55 AMG with a gps speed of 168. Both fun cars and I sure do miss the ML55.

Last Lamborghini I liked was a 99 Diablo, I'll take that over any newer Lamborghini, any day. And the pawn shop is awesome, go next time...
That sounded rude my apologies...

My 1998 Corvette

On Daytona international speedway. (NOT ON THE STREET)
******************************************************************************************

I also once had a 1966 Corvette 427 that did a pretty consistent 10.8's at 143 MPH in the quarter. With Slicks. Grumpy Bill Jenkins modified engine. I never ran it anyplace for top speed. It was set up more for drag racing.

I now have a 3.7 V6 Mustang automatic that is not really fast but I sure do like it.

I do gotta say, this is probably the slowest top speed car I have ever owned. The slowest I have ever been around this track. I must really be getting OLD. Ha! Ha!
It did do a 13.3 at Orlando Speed World though. ( With effort)

Might feel faster, but its faster in a 1320 race by almost 2 seconds.

Around a real track though? I would probably want to be in 1999 GT instead lol. Those things are not known for their agility
