oh yeah
i still love those old cars!
my dad's '49 ford v8 is 100hp, & he's like "it gets me where i wanna go! That engine will idle forever!!! Whatta want lots of horsepower for?! Blah blah..."
"Ok, ok! Geesh!!!" ha ha
& i just think for all the weight, it should have more horsies. But if it runs well & stuff, i would leave it.

That was "supercar" horsepower in the 30's.

It would be like owning one of those cars that SL4 keeps posting pictures of... The one with the name that nobody can pronounce.

165hp at around 3200 to 3400 rpms but torque is like a monstrous diesel. Went to a car show and met an owner of one, that engine is a work of art...
Same goes for the Dusenburg V12s...

The thing I love about the 20s-30s is there's very few things different between car engines and air craft engines...
Back then if you wanted a ridiculously fast car you put a plane engine in it. Plus the plane engines were super sized; check out the Mormon meteor III...
26L= 1570CU IN 750hp of pure awesome...

I'll just settle for a GT 40...and a couple of Shelbys, and and I'll spend whatever change is left on Mustang GTs, a Mach 1, a Bullitt, and I want a gas pump at my house.

He owns a coin shop and now a Ford dealer I'm sure he could work you in somewhere. Plus the closer to money you put yourself the more likely to make some.

No it's not. once you add all the tools it's only a 1 car garage and have no parking for any thing else. so when i cut a car in half it can't move until it's done.

I would build a huge garage 2 stories tall with my living quarters around the perimeter of the second story with the center open to the bottom. I want my cars incorporated into my living space
