Tire Problems

I have a 2003 v6 mustang. The previous owner needed new tires and a local shop was willing to do a trade of tires and rims for some other mustang rims but ever since the trade whenever you turn the steering wheel all the way to either side you can hear a horrible scraping noise. Ive looked and it seems to be the tire rubbing on the suspension. How can i fix this?

American Muscle sells the steering stops for just over $10 bucks. Easy install.
