Focus RS in T-1 year... DO WANT!

Ford Focus RS in Dealerships Next Spring! - Ford Trucks

Like seriously want... This thing is going to be an absolute MONSTER and the aftermarket has already had the 2015 Mustang Eco to mess with on the dyno.

Meh.
The front end looks like a Fusion...

Yeah, I'm kinda interested as well.
It looks like a fairly practical little car, but I do have one concern...
When these things start hitting the streets, are the "ricers" going to be referring to them as "hamburgers", or "hotdogs"? Being that they are American and all.

I still want a S550 Ecoboost. I really really want one. In Deep Impact Blue with Redline interior.

Heh, these cars are a little out of the "ricers'" league. The RS is going to fall right in with the top end Golf and STI, $30k+ cars. Those guys hate the ricers probably more than we do seeing as the ricers think they're on the same team.

True.
I wouldn't own that Volkswagen at half the price though... Not a fan

I'm kind of excited about that Focus. I'm eager to hear what all of the final specs will be.

Agreed about the VW, my sister had a new beetle back in the 2000s and that thing was the biggest piece of **** in the world.

I think most of the final specs are out on the Focus... 315hp, AWD, 6 speed, all the tech goodies etc... As long as they have a driveline setup for that AWD that can handle what the tuners are able to do with the Ecoboost its going to be just a monster but $$ I imagine.

I hope the RS will not be a limited model year run like the Boss was. My GT is paid off in 3 years and the RS is my next purchase.
