Car Got Keyed. Need Help Guys.

My friends ex boyfriend did this. Would this be fixable to a point..... Some parts are deeper than others

Looks like it will need to be painted if it got to the metal. You could try wet sanding and buffing but that's a lot of work.

That car never hurt anyone. Why people do this blows my mind. I don't see that buffing out man. If painted it most likely won't match that drivers side fender either. So it's going to be costly to get it right or it's going to be cheap but be obvious it was painted.

Yea its really deep. I was hopping some buffing or even lowering down to those touch up paint pens but yea won't happen

Well I think Maaco has a $500 - $800 special but there will be over spray and no telling how long it will last. Could also contact insurance.

Hey Joser
If it goes into the paint it needs to be repainted. If it's just the clear, which it looks like from the pix.
Wet sand with 1500 then 2000. Polish with a 3 stage compound system and it will look better then factory.

Agreed, that might be able to be fixed.

I'll try that. I don't have a DA just those that you plug into the drill but I'll give it a shot. I told her to try and file an insurance claim and see if getting the cops involved would help but she's a little hesitant

No need for a da. Color/wet sanding that size u can do by hand. It's not a whole 61 impala you know. ( my job 2 weeks for today) lol
