When i bought it they had 2 of them that looked exactly the same, one was not the H.O. 305 which was apparently a performance upgrade package, and it did make a huge difference as i drove both of them. Anyway that pic brought it back to me. It was a good car, from Tenn so no rust and really clean. Got rearended pretty bad, had PLPD insurance and never got it fixed. A guy my dad knew bought it and restored it 100% it was gorgeous, gave it to his son when he turned 16 and he smashed it 2 weeks later. Im sure its a long gone pile of scrap now.

I've always like the third gen Camaros, especially the IROCS. I think it's awesome that this one was saved and well kept. It's unfortunate that they were heavily over looked by the fourth gen cars. Sounds like yours was a pretty good car. They have potential; you just have to find out how to reach it.

^ rear valance is hanging; one side isn't wanting to fit well.
Bumpers and other parts are coming.
Engine is back. Turns out it's a 360. Not a 340 block with a 360 crank, but a 340 bored .60 over. Pistons were bad and it will have forged ones as replacements. Crank is properly balanced. Freeze plugs are freshened (original reason why it went the machine shop). Rods are good and everything else is new. We'll be assembling the engine probably this weekend. That's all for now.

TGR's Garage...

Yes it is beautiful. Not too much longer. All we need now is, wheels/tires, brakes, interior, windshield and driver door glass, and a few pretty minor things. Then done! Hopefully we'll have it done before my father's birthday (April). That's the plan anyway.

04 Corvette Convertible. We did pads, rotors, and oil pan gasket replacement. Also lifted the front end a couple of inches. Car was basically slammed in front. Owner is in his 60s so it was a little difficult to get out of. Now not so much, he's pretty happy with the results. Car also has Borla exhaust; I'm think it's stingers. Engine is "decorated" as you can see. I really like the intake set up with the carbon fiber inlet. Black C6 ZR1 wheels on the car. Really nice piece.

10 Genesis. We cut the muffler off and welded some pipe in. It's not too loud, sounds alright for a six banger. Interior quality is nice, and car is easy to drive. The interior is a lot more spacious than you'd would think. It's comparable to a mustang. Owner will return for some future mods, one reason a picture of the front wasn't posted. Nice car.

I agree. The Corvette is pretty sweet. Sounds awesome. There's a few Asian cars I like. The Genesis is one of them, but it'd need some mods. Then I'd rock it.

That manual tranny on the Genesis seems to make it a bit more interesting to drive.

Graphics are on and look fantastic! There's a Challenger T/A graphic on the rear spoiler that will be ordered soon. New radiator has arrived, now we need another piston ring. Then the engine reassemble will be back on track. Then the car will go to the shop for engine/trans install. That's all for now.
