Yeah. I'm not very knowledgable there. It's a good looking one though.

I grew up with Porsches and my father is a huge Porsche enthusiast, and likes a lot of other cars. I on the other hand have no loyalty to any brand but if I have to choose, it would be Porsche...

My mom has an 08 Carerra S in Speed Yellow. I'm looking for some wheels, you think black or black chrome would look best for yellow?

To be honest I'm not a big fan of black wheels, so I'm not the person to ask that question to...

98 Lincoln Mark VIII. It's apparently a collectors edition, which I'm not familiar with, 77K miles. I know about the panther edition pretty well, but don't know about this one. The trim on the doors are the only thing I see that says collector edition, if it's legitimate or an add on, I don't know. Anyway reason it's here is instrument panel lights are out and needs A/C work. Cars stout but with an exhaust change it will wake it up. Braking is good, and interior is very nice. But that engine, if I had a 2V I'd swap it's 4V in it. Definitely a luxury muscle car I'd like to have...

95 corvette. Car came in for some A/C work. The owner for this car just purchased the 2004 C5 corvette yellow convertible I posted about earlier in the thread. This car is for sale now with 139K miles, auto, with regular maintenance and proper care. Vehicle is driven regularly and everything works fine. Asking price is $5,000. Car is located in Hopkinsville, KY. If you or anyone you know are interested in the car PM me with your contact info. and I will pass it on to the owner...

08 Malibu. Came in for some A/C work. Not as audacious as most of the cars I post are. But the two tone interior stood out to me and I really like it. Thought you guys might like to see it too...

TGR's garage/car shows and events...

Anything newer than 1990 is modern to me...
Which there was a marauder in the 60s and the two year run in 03-04...
But to answer I have not worked on the modern one, now it's little brother, oh yeah. But we've had a classic there I assisted in some repairs...

Well they look mean as hell and the engine is a slightly detuned mach. I think it would be a really cool daily to have. Or do a engine swap in a 2V. I'd love to drive one to see what they're like. I don't think there's a muscle car that's a sedan but, I think it would definitely fall under "muscle sedan," along with a few others...

Went to cars and coffee earlier today. But most of the stuff there was jap stuff, and four door sedans. There were a couple mustangs there but most didn't stay. So just got a few pictures of the Porsche and the Roush. Some of them were really nice, had a nice looking black supra behind the Roush. But didn't stay long since had work to do and we got there late...
Wasn't a bad turn out for the first event...

I think so there was a pack of mustangs leaving as we got there. There was a blue supra behind me when I took the picture. And the yellow C5 convertible was there. I talked to a R34 owner and he told me there was a 10 427R there about 5 mins before we got there. Then again that's what happens when you get at a show late...
Next show I'll get better pictures. Just wanted to stay with the car, they got a lot of attention. And wanted to make sure no one was going to mess with them...

I agree with you two but sometimes I look at it like a curse. Last year there was a 6 week period we worked everyday, Sunday to Saturday. And today makes 14 days strait working, that's how busy we are. A 10 bay stop with over 50 cars present waiting to be worked on, 6 workers, its ridiculous. Which we could use about 5 or 6 more people. It begs the question "does anyone else know how to fix a car?!"
But it's also a blessing, some shops here close at lunch because no one has pulled in their lot. Which we get overtime and my check has had a nice increase...

If you know what your doing, do a great job, and don't rip people off it's amazing how things go. I'm all for a Biblical business principle but most folks I see in business have no place waving a Bible around and being a super Christian.

I admit I'm a Christian and I also admit I'm not perfect and screw up and will continue to screw up for as long as I live. I'm honest, upfront, and treat my customers how I want to be treated. Funny thing is its amazing how many people refer me by word of mouth for odd jobs and landscaping....

You said it right! God will certainly bless you if you keep that motto.

And heck I'd come work for you, if you were closer.

I'm doing my own thing part time while I build up clients, the necessary tools, and equipment to make a go at full time. I also plan to hire those whom are not able to be hired by most employers and pay them a decent and honest living wage.

Well fellas I was cleaning in the house and found an old photo book. Naturally, I started looking through it and found some pictures of my Impala's restoration. Take a look...

I'm working on third personal vehicle restoration. I'll let you in on a little secret no one ever told me about. You're never done...
But it's such an enjoyable hobby/profession. Getting something abandon and neglected, and in time turning it into something beautiful, a work of art...
And you'll appreciate the car a lot more when you do it yourself, and become attached to it, I did...

It's still hard to believe that's what she looked like, compared to now. It took 8 months to get her painted, and I went to the shop every weekend to check on her and just marvel in her beauty, even when she was in pieces. One of the happiest days of my life was getting the call that she was done. I basically floored it over to the shop, paid them, then got in and took her to my shop to continue the restoration. This is her current state, doing some maintenance, getting the original starter rebuilt...

I thought you guys might like this, too. They got pulled over, along with six other cars, by a fox body. They were on their way to road Atlanta for some racing. My father owned the dark blue Porsche behind the fox at the time. At the time the red one which is ours now was owned by my godfather. He used to always tell me, "he pulled us over because we let him..."
There was no way the fox could catch them but as the saying goes you can't outrun the radio...

10 raptor. Came in for some exhaust work, flow super 44. First raptor I've seen in person. First impressions, wheels are too close to the caliper and rotor. That is really the only complaint I have. I like the body on it, wish it was like a lightning successor, but I guess dirt is fun too. Wasn't able to drive it but I think the white with black graphics looked good. I'm not a fan of the camo ford logo, but it's not mine. I'm told the raptor graphic was installed, a 13-14 style, correct me if I'm wrong. It sounded really good, pervious muffler was a thrush that was rusted. The 6.2 sounded very impressive and I can't wait to drive one, and I'm not a truck person at all. It had some aftermarket suspension, I think fox or something. All in all a nice looking truck...

Camo looks silly, other than that I love those.

TGR's garage/car shows and events...

My town is heavily populated with country people, nothing wrong with that. I think it would've looked better with it painted white, but that's just me. His truck his choice, I'm just happy I finally got to see one...
