Question

Hey guys I'm gonna end up doing my 20,000 mile maintenance. Just wanted to know if I should go with the royal purple oil or do you guys recommend anything better?

not knowing what/how you drive but unless it's something strange I suggest whatever full synthetic in the recommended weight that's on sale.

I'll stick with my orig answer. on my nice day toy 2012/V6 I change by time it gets about 5-6K per year so I do it at 9 month intervals. Fords OLM tell me I can go 12 months but the 9 month is 4 changes in 3 years which is one more than they suggest. You'll find lots of opinions on this and unless you go way off line don't worry. I personally wouldn't go 1 yr or 12K miles
but If you go by the OLM and change it when it gets down to 20-30% yopu'll be more than safe.
