The intercooler/aftercooler makes it easier to get a nice safe tune though. I'd want an intercooler even at lower boost just so I could drive it on a hot day!

and it's hypereutectic pistons (stupid powder castings)

I figured ya probably meant that, but a lot of people get a taste of boost and they start swapping pulleys without getting a new tune each time and blow up their engines cuz they don't know what they are doing.

There are a few places that you can get it from. The big thing is the connecting rods, those are the weak link.

heres a link to KB
http://www.kennebell.net/supercharge...2v/gt96-04.htm

now at 9psi of boost you should be at around 400 crank give or take and few horsies then you should be around 300 give or take wheels. make sure you get gears too. and before you get a blower get your times down N/A THEN get the blower you will see much better results that way

I say "screw" the twin screw & buy an intercooled vortech. Unless you have a lighning or something heavy. You don't need as much torque when you are lighter. (mustang)

I gotta admit though. Twin turbo would be the way to go. Accept you can't pass smog & they are alot more complex, They usually have more trouble shooting also.
