Also, for those that don't know, the Navi 5.4 is a DOHC as opposed to the normal 5.4 in the F150's.

I've thought about it..the t56 will bolt right up and I get a driveshaft that goes right to the ford rear end, not a bad swap really.

not bad at all, what's that power to weight ratio? How much does your car weigh?

Around 1400 I believe. Put a twin screw on that LS1. Put out around 450-500 at the rear wheels. So uh...3 pounds per hp..something around there lol.
