03 4.6 2v to a 4v

Would like a ideal on what it would take to put a supercharged 4.6 4v out of a 94 mark VII.

it can be done, not sure if you could get it tuned

I think that is going nto be one of the biggewst problems. How to get it tuned & with a supercharger????????
