Anyone familiar with CARB legal parts?

I guess this is as much a 'wish list' and mod plan as it is a question but.. here goes:

Intake/catbacks I have found, and shorty headers.. (catback will be a must, as I there are more press bent bends in the cat than the midpipe) However.. Some sites list some midpipes as CARB approved, but then only 49 state legal

Anyone know if there are any CARB approved high flow midpipes? (I know they have one for the foxes, but how about the 99+?)

How about intake manifolds? (Like the typhoon intake) I can't seem to pinpoint whether any of these are CARB approved..

So far my list is:
Intake, TB and upper plenum BBk shorty headers (all smog legal)

Energy Suspsension poly motor/trans mounts (would do this the same time as the headers)

SCT tuner (how would they know? it'll pass haha)

3.73 gears (I would have done 4.10s but I have a set of unused 3.73s)

Magnaflow catback

Short Throw Shifter (not sure if I want to do MGW or Tri Axx yet)

Upper/Lower rear control arms

What I've got already:
Flowmaster 40s welded in
KN drop in filter

Koni struts/ lowering springs

MM Strut tower bar/weld in subframe connectors

near-new Bridgestone potenza 760s

Cobra steering rack/brakes

1-2 years from now once I'm set/comfortable and all the little issues are taken care of (some weatherstripping, paint and swirl mark issues..) KB 9 PSI kit (I love booost and twin screw is great for bottom end and midrange torque )

But overall..

I'm pretty sure that all the exhaust after the cat is CARB legal, by definition. Anything that moves, or removes, the cat is going to give you trouble (if they bother looking under the car).
