just pretend you didn't do anything and just drive it normal for a week and see how it does...
i was on a very steep hill with my little protege and did the same thing trying to not role back, clutch smelled very bad, but i drove it back down the same hill after about 20 min of cool down and about 5-10 miles back home, and it was fine. that clutch still works to this day (that was like 3 yrs or so ago) and taught my wife how to drive a manual with it, still no problems.
It's cheaper to be beat a viper than to lose in one.

There was a case of the stuff stacked at the end of an aisle. Definately not cold or in the cooler. Also it was over $7 for the two bottles.
