i wouldn't guess the block to be cracked, probably a gasket or ring, i'm guessing you'll need a new k-member (not 100% sure which part that is... but on the 94-98 it is different from the 5.0 to the 4.6, and i don't know which the 3.8 uses...) depending what comes on the engine you'll be looking at all of your efi stuff unless your going with a carb, you'll need a 5.0 comp (not really all that hard to find...)
did the block have any power adders on it? i don't really wanna say "oh it will be ok, just use it" cause i don't know the history of the engine. what year car was this in?
you might need new springs cause of the weight difference (you have the v6 correct?)
new radiator hoses... probably not the most expensive part on the list, but you'll need different ones. I'm just trying to think of anything else different, ill probably remember a little later on.
