mid-pipes and o2 sensors

ok so lucky me picked up another 1998 gt for $500 bucks highly rusted n dented but runs great. my question is im putting in a full exhaust(minues headers for now) i already picked up some magnaflow catbacks and was wonder whats better a H pipe or X pipe both will be the off road models and what else do i need to run them o2 sensor wise?

H-pipe fo' shiz. The sound they give on the 4.6L is better since the X-pipe tend to give a raspy sound going into the higher RPM range. You'll probably see the same amount of HP from either or.

As for the O2 sensors you can can do a couple of things:
1. Get a handheld tuner and manually turn off the sensors
2. Get a tune or bring it to a shop (one that tunes) and have them turn it off
3. Pick up, or make some MIL eliminators.
