I had my tune done by RWTD and all went well.
The numbers were 440rwhp/480rwtq. Only issue was it was without a doubt way rich, the A/F was 10.6-10.9. Once this gets updated hopefully the tune will be good to go and the hp/tq will balance out. The temp was in the 40s with modest humidity (was fixing to rain). Inlet temps and blower temps were both around 80 degrees.
I had belt slip past 4500 rpms (I am running 4 idlers with idler bracket and the right belt size (75 5/8 napa (gates) belt. The pulley is a non slip one~ and I have the 3 100mm idler and 1 92mm idler. The boost was 15psi up until 4500-6500 and it came down to 12.25-12.5psi so not sure why the belt is slipping if thats what it is. I can see belt dust and the entire setup has only 60 miles on it... could be the new-ness I guess... who knows. Hopefully I can figure it out.
If It had not had slip it might have meet my goals of 450rwhp, 2.5-3psi is quite a bit so who knows it might have been even 460 or so~
I will try to remember the chart to get it scanned at work tomorrow but for now here is a pic (below)
Mods are JLT CAI Intake, Borla Catback, and 2.93 pulley (12-14psi). I have all my data logs and timing was 22-23 degrees as spec'ed and all else was right on target, just rich.
