with your mods id go with 3.73's. you have more power and you can use that to your advantage to stay in a gear longer and use the power to push yourself to a higher rpm before shifting.
id recommend tranny cooler as well, autos hate heat and the 4r70 is crap enough under normal stresses, let alone supercharged and turning through those gears faster with the new rear end ratio.
