99 35th. ann. GT brake problems !! HELP!! plz

Ok I found me a keeper 1999 35th anniverary GT// white 5 speed nice car, But it was wrecked on the front left side, I have repaired all the problems, which one of them was the power steering tank was busted and I guess this has something to do with the brakes cause we had a stiff brake peddle till this was fixed now the peddle seems ok but the front brakes are dragging, car sit 7 months after wreck I was just wandering if there is something we are not doing do we have to bleed the system some how if so how can anyone help

the piston could be froze up, take the front brake off and see if you can compress the piston manually (c clamp or something)

did that and even put new calibors on the front, now have no brake peddle and brakes are still dragging

vacuum leak perhaps? check your vacuum level

how and where? I have a vacuum tester just never used it.

Problem is getting on my nerves. Got new brake pads today put em on and we cant even move the passenger side. the driver side is HARD to move. Still no brake pedal....!
