2000 4.6 RPMS die when started after rain

I have a 2000 4.6 MT with 80000 . When I go and start my car after a rain storm or heavy fog it wont idle correctly until it is completely warmed up. When it is about half way warmed up it will idle iradictly from 300-1000 RPMS. The car has a BBK intake and FM cat backs. Would this be a IAC valve or something? Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

You might check the spark plugs to make sure they're dry. My GT had an issue similar to this and found out water was getting in there.

I would clean the maf and the IAC before I did anything else.
