hood scoop

does anyone elses hood scoop look like its coming up on the front edges, on mine its like bowed up about 1/4 of an inch where the front edges come to a point. the scoop itself is as tight as i can get it, it looks like it warped or something.

Re: hood scoop

its one of two things, the first issue is that its to far back on the hood or forward on the hood. The second issue is the side angled bolts are binding (not able to mount flat on the hood)

if you mounted the scoop yourself this may be it as it is hard to line them up since they are angled. You can widen the hole below the bolts to remove this issue.
