What rpm do you usually cruise at? I know when Im at 3k on the interstate it starts to get a little annoying after an hour or so and thats a v6. Under 3k Id say youd be just fine.

Re: Bassani X pipe

I rode in jimmy_beaner's GT for about 3 hours consecutively with his o/r x-pipe and borlas whaling and it never bothered me

It's definitely going to be louder, and whether it will be annoying depends on you. Me personally, hell no, but for some it might. As said on the highway the rpms are higher but usually that 5th gear (OD) relieves the noise level a bit.

Put it this way, if you want to be loud and proud all the time, get the o/r x-pipe. If you want to hear your music and have a conversation while on the highway...get a catted mid pipe...unless you like your music maxed out and consider yelling a conversation
