new to mustangs have a issue

i bought a 1996 mustang and found this hole in the underside of the tb


it gose to the front and rear of the throttle body



its threaded half way like some tap it for a n20 jet but would anyone put a jet there or is it something like a threaded plug that fall out its a really big vaccum leak

Well I did some research and it is supposed to be there and there's supposed to be a plug that screws in there that helps your cold start ups. Since the throttle plate doesn't have a hole in it, if you tried starting it without the hole it would choke itself just like putting your hand over a carb on a lawn mower. So plug the bottom hole with a Allen plug or bolt and screw it in but make sure it doesn't block off the passage from front to back.
