Fuses

Need more help please. My cigarette lighter isn't working and i think it is a fuse. When I got the car it didn't have a owner's manual so I don't know what fuse to be looking for. Does any body out there have their manual that can tell me what number on the fuse cover is the cigarette lighter. Thanks in advance for the help.

Re: Fuses

Another way to find out if a fuse is blown with out pulling all your fuses is to use a multi meter. Set the meter to OHMs and test on the two metal contacts on the top of the fuse.

Re: Fuses

Found the issue, turns out if you have a stack of pennies in one receptacle, that is just like having pennies in both. They are on the same circuit so the one was shorting out and kept blowing my fuse. Feel kinda stupid now.
