98 gt cobra head swap??

i have a 1998 mustang gt and i want to put the 98 cobra heads on my car i know i will need the cobra intake as well but i was wondering if i need to change the compute also? any help would be great

ive been wondering the same thing for months. the 2v just isnt enough lol.

new computer.. it is ideal but not entirely necessary..I believe they had different fuel system setup on it..

I agree I do believe a computer and wiring harness is needed as well.

The wireing harness souldnt need to be Changed the only diffrence In the harness is the intake temp Gage so no buggy but I may be able to just take it to ford and have the install the 98 cobra comptuer in it so everything withhold run right and now I think I am going to go with the 03 mach1 heads

Timing cover is also needed. Different pumps for ps and ac. It would be ideally easier to just drop in the whole motor. Not to mention you would need a different set of headers

Well the Mach 1 heads would inclued every thig except the block my buddy totaled the car and just wants the block so every thing would be replaced
