Without going to someplace and having one custom made, you're pretty much out of luck. I've been searching for one myself. Had one but it didn't sound good at all, it didn't have enough room for the sub to hit very well.
I built my own it was fairly simple I fit two Rockford fosgate 12'sin it with plenty of room. just do away with the spare and get yourself a AAA membership lol
I pulled the spare out and basically built a box over the wheel well coated the whole well with spray on rubberizer (about 3 cans)after the walls of the box were in place used foam sealant for the cracks swapped one up one down on the subs (you have to swap the wiring to compensate for this or they won't hit right) and carpeted the whole thing and they hit hard enough to make your neighbors car alarms go off..… oh just noticed convertible I feel dumb now um Idk what your trunk looks like but the wheel well may still be an option gl hope you find an answer
I build my own box for my Mach 460 setup, cant remember exactly the size but it was the right internal volume. I think it was like 11.75 inches tall to clear and as wide as it could be side to side then out as far as it had to go. I then made a wall that sat in front of it and put my amp on it. It had a nice cleanlook~

Who needs trunk space when you have an *** this sexy?
The correct way to do it is to make sure there is enough air to let your speakers hit to full potential
I can literally feel my voice box tingle when they hit It kinda freaked me out at first
And yes I will probably be deaf at 35
Totally worth it....
