1996 Mustang Convertible GT

I just purchased a 96 GT convertible for $2000 with some minor issues. I need to know where I can get parts at a reasonable price and would like tips on what else to look for. This is my second mustang but I have to admit I was young and didn't take cafe of it like I should have. I know about the intake manifold issue as my previous mustang had issues with it. Below is a list of issues that it has. Thanks in advance for any tips.

1 motor for passenger window needs replacement
2 hand brake replacements
3 brake pads and shoes
4 Driver Seat off track
5 Clamps for Exhaust Pipe
6 Driver side widow not aligned
7 Lock/Window Panel loose
