Any ideas?

So my seats have seen some wear in tear since 2001 the have the marks to prove it.... So I believe it's time to redo the seats but I'm wondering if the best way to go about it replace the seats? Or get them recovered or what? I haven't replaced/redone seats before so I'm not sure the best way to go about it any ideas???

I have dark brown dash and beige leather seats and same color beige carpet
